To help us resolve things faster, please include your device and OS version, and — if it's about a purchase — the approximate date and which Spark pack you bought.

Getting started

The host picks a game and starts a room on a phone, tablet, or TV.
Everyone else joins by scanning the QR code or entering the room code at games.revelryapp.me.
Players don't need to install anything — joining works in any mobile browser.

Common questions

Players can't join my room

Check that everyone is entering the current room code — a new code is generated for each room.
If the game has already started, the room may be locked. Ask the host to return to the lobby, or start a new room.
Players do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.

What are Sparks?

Sparks are the in-app item used to host games and generate AI content. Hosting a game costs 10 Sparks; each AI-generated quiz costs 1. You receive free Sparks every day, with a bonus for consecutive days, and you can optionally buy more.

I bought Sparks but don't see them

Purchases are usually credited within a few seconds, but can occasionally take a minute. If your balance still hasn't updated:

Close and reopen the app, or refresh the page on web.
On mobile, open the menu → Settings and tap Restore purchases.
If it still hasn't arrived, email support@revelryapp.me — include the date of purchase and the pack size, and we'll credit it manually.

You will not be charged twice if you retry a purchase that didn't appear to complete.

Refunds

Spark purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — nothing renews automatically. Refunds are handled by whoever processed your payment:

iPhone / iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: request a refund through Google Play order history.
Web: email support@revelryapp.me.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play as a guest without signing in. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and lets your Sparks and purchases follow you across devices.

Deleting your data

Email support@revelryapp.me to request a copy of your data or to have your account and associated data deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Playing on a TV

Open the room on a smart TV browser, or use the Display on TV option in the lobby to show the shared game view on a bigger screen while everyone plays from their phones.

Reporting a problem

Found a bug, or content you think shouldn't be there? Email support@revelryapp.me with what happened and what you expected. Game content is AI-generated — if something inappropriate appears, please tell us so we can improve our filtering.
